Welcome outdoors-y exercise lovers, cycling fanatics and runners! We are a fun group of people from Durham and Chapel Hill who like to exercise together. Mainly we run and do yoga, but we also lift weights, swim, dance, bike, kayak, camp, hike, and much more! We are known to participate in 5K and 10K races, half marathons, marathons, triathlons.

Were an outdoors group not for the faint of heart. Climbing, camping, hiking, backpacking, paddling, skydiving, if it's outdoors we do it. Were all about having a good time, getting some adrenaline pumping, but above all safety. We keep our group private for the safety of our members.
